Where is grayditch in fallout 3

On the way there, on the left there is a diversionary path that will give you a good cache of frag mines along with other items. It will lead you to the beginning. Go through Falls Church to tag that point on your map walk just a tad until discovered falls church metro appears then return to the tunnels.

Now head south. When you see the crashed subway car, take the left side and you'll notice the blinking light Grady was talking about. Inside are several ammo boxes along with a safe that takes Grady's Key. Inside is Naughty Nightwear. This is used a bit later.

A man named Lug-Nut will attack you. He's useless so dispatch him. No need to negotiate. Go back out and to the left. Take the next right.

This is where the first tunnel you entered lead. To the right behind the chain link fence is the b ody of one William Brandice, Ant Hunter.

Take the good items from his body and return to the other tunnel to the west. Just a tad south from this diversion, you'll finally find the cause of all the Ant problems. Open the door to the left to meet Doctor Lesko. Talk to him to learn about your objectives. You need to kill the Fire Ant Queen's guardians so the doctor can do his work. Check about his office for items that are not red that you can take. There are a couple ammo crates and other worthwhile items in here.

Take the back door exit from his office when you're done. Go south to enter the Fire Ant Queen's Lair. Kill the five fire ant guardians to complete the quest. The Lone Wanderer will receive a considerable amount of negative Karma for this despicable act, and Eulogy will give them the agreed-upon number of caps and a collar to put on the hapless youngster.

The player character will then trick Bryan into putting on the collar, and can explain that it will guide him home. Again, the quest will be completed and experience points will be given. Bryan will not be seen again, even though Three Dog will mention that he is at Paradise Falls. The player character can also tell Bryan that they are unwilling to find him a place to live or never offer to in the first place , which will end the quest immediately.

Bryan will move back into his old house and live in Grayditch by himself. No Karma will be gained or lost. However, this option is irreversible, even if the player has a change of heart later. For example, even if the player character encounters Vera Weatherly later in the game, the dialogue option for getting her to take Bryan in will not even appear.

Bryan usually finds the player character, most often on their first trip to Super-Duper Mart. If he does not, or if he approaches the player while they are in combat and gets scared off, here are the other places they may find him:.

Canterbury Commons. Now, a word on the Fire Ants. You've no doubt noticed the damage these pesky foes can do as you were looking for Bryan Wilks in the first place. There are three types of ant you're going to run into. The Fire Ant Worker is the most innocuous of them all, takes little damage to kill, and lacks aggression. Next up is the Soldier, whose flamethrower attack can devastate you.

And last but not least is the Warrior, who is both aggressive-as-hell and armed with an equally devastating flamethrower attack. Naturally, this means melee weapons, shotguns and anything that does close-quarter damage should be avoided at all costs.

Long-range weapons are key here if you have any hope whatsoever of surviving. Your first objective here is to find young Bryan's father. You could have run into Bryan anywhere, but you'll want to locate him in a preservation unit adjacent to a burned-out diner see the screen below.

Here, you can speak with him in his preservation unit or raid the nearby diner's Nuka-Cola machine for some Nuka-Cola and Nuka-Cola Quantum. Thereafter, turn around so that your back is facing the diner and look ahead.

Remember when Bryan told you that his house is the one with the billboard on it? Well, you'll see a billboard hanging on a building next to a shack you can't yet enter. Head towards that building and inside, where you'll encounter a grizzly scene. Bryan Wilk's father is dead. You'll find his corpse, along with many Fire Ant corpses, strewn across the half-burning first floor of their house. Search his body to find the Shack Key and then begin searching the house for more items.

There's plenty of incidental crap here Plates , Cups and the like , but there are some valuables as well. A Chinese Assault Rifle can be found, as well as. Continue searching for more, including a Stimpak and Rad-X in their medical kit, a valuable Pilot Light in their oven, and foodstuffs in their fridge, including InstaMash , Blamco Mac and Cheese , and more. You can also sleep off any injuries in the vacated queen-sized bed upstairs before proceeding. Now that we know Bryan's father is dead, it's time to leave this house to deliver to him the bad news.

You can speak with him however you want, but you're going to want to be at least mildly caring if you want to see this mission through to the end. The Capital Wasteland is a tough place to live, and young Bryan knows this. Even though his father is now confirmed to have passed, he wants you to take out the source of the Fire Ant infestation so no one else has to go through what he's gone through.

And just like that, our next objective, to take out the Fire Ant source, will flash on-screen. But it's going to be a mystery to you yet as to just where you have to go to accomplish this next objective. Thankfully, the answer we seek isn't too far off from our current location.

Head back to your house and look to the left of the entrance, where you should find a makeshift shack that's locked up. With the Shack Key you found on Bryan's dad, you can enter the shack, which is owned by a man named Dr.

But it's Doctor Lesko's Password Recording sitting on the desk that's going to be of the most use to you. Once you grab that, head to his computer and the password to it will be inserted automatically, allowing you to browse his computer's contents.
